We focus on the parts that make a spa enjoyable to own: strength where it counts, balanced hydrotherapy, efficient heat retention, and components that remain reachable when routine service is needed.
01 — SHELL
Strength beneath the surface
The Lucite acrylic surface is only the beginning. Behind it, the molded shell is reinforced with multiple layers of fiberglass and resin. This structural backing follows the contours of the seats and footwell to create a rigid, durable foundation.
Jet bodies and fittings are installed through the reinforced shell, then sealed and checked as the spa moves through production.
02 — PLUMBING & HYDROTHERAPY
Designed as a complete system
Hydrotherapy is more than a jet count. Pumps, manifolds, air controls, and water lines are arranged together so each seat receives the intended flow. Flexible lines allow precise routing to individual jets while larger plumbing moves water efficiently through the system.
Connections remain visible and reachable before the cabinet is closed, allowing the completed spa to be inspected and tested.
03 — FRAME & SERVICE ACCESS
Built so the important parts stay reachable
The structural frame supports the shell and cabinet while leaving room around pumps, plumbing, and controls. Removable cabinet panels provide access to the equipment bay and perimeter plumbing without digging through structural foam.
That service-first layout can make routine inspection and future maintenance more straightforward.
04 — CONTROLS & HEAT
Simple control, dependable operation
Current Futura models use Gecko digital controls to manage temperature, filtration, lighting, and pump operation. The control pack and heater are mounted together in the equipment bay for clear access during setup and service.
Programmable filtration helps the spa maintain clean, inviting water while operating around your schedule.
05 — INSULATION, CABINET & COVER
Protection from the inside out
ThermoService insulation
Insulation and reflective cabinet barriers help retain heat while preserving access to plumbing and equipment.
Weather-ready cabinet
Durable synthetic Permawood panels resist the elements, clean with soap and water, and never need painting or staining.
Insulating cover
A fitted spa cover helps limit heat loss, protect the water, and keep debris out between uses.
